We have a proven track record of high-level interior design and customer service. Due to the fact that no two projects are ever the same, each project is approached on an individual basis and a proposal is produced accordingly. It is our mission to assess our client’s requirements and provide beautiful yet practical living solutions within the confines of both time and budget. We respect our client’s privacy and are happy to work within NDA/privacy agreements.
We often work alongside client’s existing architects. Early involvement in a project is essential to create a balance between external and internal design. Integrating services and design elements into an overall scheme is easier done during the architectural design process rather than after construction drawings have been generated.
From competitively set priced single room interior design schemes to comprehensive turn key projects we will tailor a bespoke proposal to suit your individual needs.

The process will always begin with an initial telephone conversation. We then like to arrange a face-to-face consultation. If a client is overseas this can be arranged via skype. At this point the level and scope of services required is identified. We then compile an individual proposal. This will include details of exactly what services we will provide and details of our fee. Where appropriate we will propose a concise scope of works. At this point our client’s may wish to add additional services or remove them. The proposal is amended accordingly. Once both parties are comfortable we begin the exciting bit.
We are acutely aware that the properties we work in are not our homes. This is critical in creating a home that the end user is delighted with. The design process is a two-way dialogue in which the client is always involved. Typically once we are instructed we will visit the property and take relevant measurements. From these we will provide drawings and a preliminary design. This will normally include layout drawings, imagery and details of finishes. This is presented to the client and the design is reviewed and developed accordingly.
Once the design is confirmed we will provide a concise and detailed schedule. This will typically include interior plans, detailed drawing of bespoke items, details of finishes and furniture, lighting plans etc. If we are facilitating the work, we will prepare a schedule for pricing and obtain tenders for the work on your behalf.
